Venue and AccommodationsThe workshop will be held at the Westin Arlington Gateway hotel near the National Science Foundation in Arlington, Virginia. Hotel rooms must be booked by May 11, 2012.
A block of rooms has been reserved for attendees on May 30 and May 31. The room rate is $224 per night plus tax. To reserve a room at this rate, you must follow the instructions provided in the participation acknowledgement e-mail. Additionally, if you qualify for travel reimbursement, you must reserve a room by May 11 at the workshop rate using this procedure. Shuttle Service from Local AirportsFor individuals and small groups arriving together, SuperShuttle accepts reservations for shared-ride van service into Arlington from the local airports:

Travel ReimbursementAirfare and hotel expenses will be reimbursed for non-government attendees up to pre-determined allowances. Specific details about the reimbursement procedure will be provided in the participation acknowledgement e-mail. A small maximum allowance is available to cover economy airfare or ground transportation to the workshop. Additionally, the hotel room can be reimbursed for up to two nights on May 30 and May 31 at the workshop rate. Meals will be provided on May 31 and June 1. All incidental and additional costs beyond the travel allowances, including meals during travel, taxi fare, Metro ticket, parking, in-room movies, room service and in-room mini-bar, etc., are the responsibility of the participant and will not qualify for reimbursement. Reimbursement requests are due June 15, 2012 and should be mailed to:
